Go i to NETA in Northampton... I renewed my med card. They won't honor the renewal discount, if beyond 30 days (because the computer won't let them}. NETA is more flexible, they value my repeat patronage. Also, I wanted to read the label on the I didn't presented to me. The clerk wouldn't release the product from his hands. Really?! You've got cameras everywhere and locked doors... Don't treat me like a potential thief. Sure, the staff is friendly. But Patriot Care has a lot to learn about true customer service.
